Service coverage
Bedbug Control in Nairobi and Mombasa
Nairobi is our main service area
Every visit is dispatched from Pestraid Kenya on Argwings Kodhek Road, Rose Avenue. We do not have branch offices in the neighbourhoods listed on this page — they are areas our technicians regularly travel to.
We treat houses, apartments, rental blocks, hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments, hostels and commercial premises throughout the city. The neighbourhoods below are examples rather than a complete list; if your area isn't shown, just ask.
Mombasa
We also provide our two-treatment programme in Mombasa, for homes, holiday lets, hotels and businesses at the coast. See bedbug control in Mombasa for details and booking.
Other locations
For properties outside Nairobi and Mombasa, contact us with the location, the property type and the number of rooms affected. We will confirm whether a visit can be arranged — and what travel involves — before giving you a quotation. Because our programme includes two treatments six days apart, both visits need to be practical for your location.
If we cannot serve your area, we will tell you plainly, and our guides on identifying bedbugs and choosing products for home use can still help.
Product orders
Product delivery is separate from treatment coverage. See shipping and delivery for where we can deliver shop orders.
